The delivery timeline depends on the agreed project scope.
Any delays caused by missing information or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of Niventura.
Clients must provide timely access to data sources, platforms, and credentials required for integration.
8. Intellectual Property
All deliverables, scripts, and dashboards created by Niventura remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After payment, the client receives the right to use the deliverables for internal business purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Niventura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, system downtime, or data inaccuracies from external sources.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information and data shared during the engagement.
